Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Privacy & Data > Download My Data. You'll receive a file with your name, email, phone, deposit history and withdrawal records. Processing takes up to two business days. You can also email [email protected] to request it.

We retain all withdrawal transaction records — including amounts, dates, DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS payment details — for three years for dispute resolution and financial compliance. After you close your account, we keep that data for the full three-year period, then delete it.

Open your account settings, select Close Account, and confirm. We'll immediately deactivate your login. Non-financial data is deleted within 30 days. Transaction records stay on file for three years where local law requires it, but your personal profile is removed.

We only send you emails about account activity, withdrawals, security alerts and policy updates. We do not use your data to send promotional material unless you opt in through your notification settings. You can unsubscribe from any non-essential email anytime.
